Northline

This is by far the WORST company I have ever used. I made an order for a pick up two Tuesdays ago. It's now Monday of the third week and the parcel still hasn't even been picked up. 3 out of the 5 times they came to pick the parcel up they went to the wrong address and the other two times they either said they cannot fit it in their truck or the parcel was not packaged properly ( which it was). I have spent more money on phone calls than I did on the actually courier. I honestly hope I am the only person that northline has done this to, because I have no idea how they are still a functioning business if this is the way they do things. When you pay for a service you expect to get your money's worth. I do not feel I have in this case.
